The TAC chopping machine cubes the mozzarella thanks to the particular NPD grilled disk combined with the knife. The NPD disk for cubes is available in NPD 8x8x5 disk - 10x10x5 NPD disk - 12x12x5 NPD disk - 16x16x5 NPD disk - 20x20x5 NPD disk - NPD disk blade only 5cm high - 8x8x8 NPD disk - 10x10x8 NPD disk - 1NPD 2x12x8 disk - disk NPD 16x16x - NPD disk 20x20x8 - knife only for NPD disk height 8cm.

The TAS chopping machine tears off the mozzarella thanks to the different types of discs available and you can obtain a mixed fraying or a spaghetti cut with a high hourly production and an excellent yield of the product in cooking. The disks for fraying are: 4PZ5 disk with 4 wavy 5mm blades - 4PZ8 disk with 4 wavy 8mm blades - 2PZ8 disk with 2 8mm wavy blades - PZ4 disk for roughly 4mm diameter - PZ7 disk for roughly 7mm diameter
