Gas / electric gyros
Gyros: Vertical skewer on which the meat, enriched with spices and aromas, rotating on itself on the rod, is cooked by the heat produced laterally by burners or resistances (based on gas or electric power). The outermost part of the meat that has become crunchy is then cut from the bottom up into thin slices. Depending on the type of meat and additions, specialties such as kebabs, Greek gyros, Arabic or Turkish shawarma are served. Available Gyros Machines for cooking both electric and gas kebabs.
