Hook kneader for professional use, ideal for pizza, bread, buns and all leavened products. The Berta mixer uses the innovative hook tool able to reproduce the work by hand without altering the temperature of the dough, improving its oxygenation. With this innovative system it is possible to drastically reduce the processing time compared to the classic mixing arms or spiral mixers.
The structure is covered in scratch-resistant paint while the tub, tool and lid are in AISI304 stainless steel. Model: Berta25 Three-phase
